[bump]babies head office is located in California and we have a distribution office in Noosa Heads Queensland. we are required to charge 10% GST on all orders shipped within Australia.

Any and all customs fees imposed by countries outside of the US are the sole responsibility of the customer.   if ordered directly within Australia all customs fees are included.

Our website is secure, however if you have concerns about online ordering, we will be happy to take your order over the phone or via fax. Just call us at (07) 5471 1101 during regular business hours: Monday through Friday: 9 am to 5:00 pm or simply fax us your order to fax: (07) 5471 1181. Please note: All prices, product specification and availability are subject to change without notice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card by phone-in, or fax. We also accept payments through PayPal and checks via mail. 3% fee for all Paypal transactions will apply. All pricing on the website is listed in Australian dollars. Wholesale – initial orders prepaid. Net 30 upon request and credit approval.

FOB Noosa Heads, Queensland. Australia Post unless otherwise specified. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Freight collect damages or loss must be claimed with the carrier.

returns & exchanges

We are happy to exchange or credit your credit card account minus shipping costs for any items you are not completely happy with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased on our website may be made by calling or emailing us at customerservice@bumpbabies.com.au and obtaining a Return Authorization number. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The items MUST be returned to [bump] within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition in its original packaging with tags attached. Returned items received after this date will not be honored. Please ship items prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE.

• [bump] is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing.
• [bump] is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 10 day return policy.

We do our very best to try and keep our website updated. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item.
